Fused glass fishscale or fish scale arched and slumped plate

Two layers of clear glass decorated with fine frit powder were fused together. A second kiln firing was used to create the shape.

Fused glass blue drop bowl with yellow insert

This piece took four firings in the kiln, totally approximately 70 hours, to create. The center is a very interesting citrus yellow and lime green zigzag pattern. I framed the center using 2 pieces of blue glass with a thin yellow piece sandwiched between to create the edge.
